We will meditate then drop into rhythmic circular continuous breathe with music. I will accompany with drums sound healing tools reiki and physical support. Space to release emotions ,space to be witnessed , space to be.Ending class with a grounding sound healing meditation to integrate experience and regulate the nervous system.
Private Sessions
A guided breathe journey circular breathing for extended periods of time. This can be useful to pull up emotions stuck inside the body and mind unprocessed. This can also be useful to tap into higher states of awareness and connections to divinity and healing .Sessions can be Light or Dark or a Combination of both depending on our desired outcome !

what is breathe work?
In a world ruled by the mind our pain the judgements of others, the programming and societal standards given to us. Between the demands of work family's friends and our overall life we have no space or safe place to just be exactly what we are and how we feel truly. This container is designed to assist you in pulling up the emotions and moving them in a non-harmful way. This class uses circular consistent breath patterns to activate your nervous system into fight or flight. This allows you to safely embody emotions be witnessed supported held seen bringing resolution. You will be given tools and can take it at your own pace and depth. We will bring everyone back to a regulated state before leaving the class. If further support is needed after the session aftercare options will be discussed or can be requested.

Since we are releasing emotions, you will be around others crying Laughing or yelling and other noises.
There is opportunities in class to scream (happy or sad or angry whatever needs to move) also not required we will also end with laughter to go back to the light. If that's triggering for you try to see what's coming up for you gets to be seen and healed. We can only hold space and accept others' emotions once we have felt addressed and accepted our own.
Emotions can be release by moving your body anyway your body says in respect of your space on your mat.
Emotions can move internally and Quietly in your own journey and space; they can move like energy they can move with or without thoughts
There are no bad feelings here all is welcome. There is no wrong way to feel your way is the best way. Be brave show up for yourself you deserve this!!!
how to prepare
Come hydrated and have eaten a few hours before you want energy to be able to breathe and move if needed.
Come as rested as you can so when we get going you have strength
Dress in layers you may get hot or cold bring pillows eye masks and anything comforting blankets crystal stuffed animals etc. π
Journal beforehand of things that have been bothering you or happening in your life also things your grateful for and enjoy
Anything that helps you be in your body is great beforehand massage working out yoga nature etc....
